Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location. For most orders, delivery generally takes 5–15 business days after processing.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Almavere is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence at Almavere. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at almavereshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution, depending on the situation.
If you would like to request a return for any other reason, please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
